RoC helps with luminaries

HOPE – Rainbow of Challenges’ individuals recently took part in the assembly of luminaries at Washington Historic State Park that were used during the annual “Christmas and Candlelight” events. The group of individuals worked to put together more than 2,200 luminaries, filling the paper bags with sand and candles that were placed throughout the park.
