S – Brandy Owens, 37, of Texarkana, TX

Ms. Owens was arrested and charged with public intoxication, theft of property, and criminal trespass.

Mr. Box was arrested and charged with tinted windows, no headlights, driving on a suspended driver’s license, tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), refusal to submit, and driving while intoxicated (drugs).

Mr. Maxwell was arrested and charged with fleeing on foot. The juvenile was charged with fleeing on foot, obstructing government operations, and curfew violations.
