Atchley announces for District 7 Quorum Court J.P

To the Citizens of Hempstead County, I Steve Atchley would like to announce as a Republican Candidate for the Office of District 7 Quorum Court J.P.

I was born and raised in Hempstead County, and a graduate of Hope High School. After graduation I attended Henderson State University and University f Arkansas, Hope/Texarkana. I am married to Sue Atchley and have raised my family in Hope. My law enforcement career started with the Hope Police Department and continued on with the Hempstead County Sheriff’s Department and after 35 years with the Arkansas Highway Police serving as a supervisor in Southwest Arkansas I retired. After retirement I became co-owner of Inked Threads a local business in downtown Hope.

I am a active member of New Hope Baptist Church, a member of Hope Downtown Network, Hope Lions Club, Chairperson for the Hope Beautification Committee and Past Master Mason of Whitfield Masonic Lodge #239.

I am committed to maintain and improve the needs of Hempstead County. It would be an honor to represent District 7 as Quorum Court member.

I ask for your vote and support in the primary election on May 22nd.

If elected I will do my best to represent the Citizens of District 7 of Hempstead County in a professional and honest matter.
