* Until 930 AM CST

* At 422 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
warned area. Up to two inches of rain has already fallen across
portions of the warned area. An additional inch or two is possible
through mid morning. Flash flooding is likely ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Texarkana, Hope, De Queen, Ashdown, Nashville, Prescott, Stamps,
Lewisville, Mineral Springs, Dierks, Horatio, Foreman, Umpire,
Fouke, Lockesburg, Emmet, Wilton, Blevins, Buckner and Perrytown.
