Kiwanis Club hosts coffee

PRESCOTT – Darwin Hendricks and John Brannon, Jr. were both honored at Tuesday’s community coffee, hosted by the Prescott Kiwanis Club.

The two were recognized for their service to the community, and the help they’ve provided over the years. Hendricks works for the Bank of Delight, while Brannon works at the Bank of Prescott.

The coffee, held at the Nevada County Library, was well attended as the meeting room was packed.

The Kiwanis Club’s annual pancake supper will be held at Prescott Elementary School from 5-7 p.m. on March 30. Dine-in and carryout will be available. There will also be a silent auction. Tickets are $7 and can be purchased from any member of the club.
