Spring Hill Donkey Basketball Game

How do you draw a crowd on a Monday night? Apparently with Donkey Basketball! The Spring Hill PTO sponsored three games Monday March 12th. The first game pitted some of Spring Hill’s current athletes against”old-timers”. Many of the donkeys had a mind of their own! The games were once a yearly occurrence in the South Hempstead County community but have not been as frequent in the new gym. Oh, and there was someone on hand with a broom in case the donkeys… behaved like donkeys!
