Patmos Municipal Volunteer Fire Department BBQ Dinner

The Patmos Municipal Volunteer Fire Department held their BBQ dinner fundraiser tonight, April 14. They served smoked bbq brisket, rolls, potato salad, and baked beans. All plates were sold by donation only and the money raised from the event is going towards new equipment for their fire department. Baked goods and items from businesses within the community were auctioned off by Hempstead County Sheriff James Singleton who was the auctioneer for the evening. Elected officials along with those in the running for the upcoming election were present at the event.
