Cattle Receipts: 926 Last week: 1013 Last year: 989
Compared to last week: Feeder steers 5.00-9.00 higher. Feeder heifers under
600 lbs 4.00-8.00 higher, over 600 lbs steady. Slaughter cows steady to 2.00
lower. Slaughter bulls steady.
Supply included 570 feeder calves, 207 yearlings, 20 replacement cows, 105
slaughter cows; 24 slaughter bulls. Feeder supply consisted of 40 percent
English and English crosses; 34 percent Exotic and Exotic crosses; 26 percent
Brahman and Brahman crosses. Feeder supply included 56 percent steers and
bulls; 44 percent heifers.
