On Monday, May 21, the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics will come to Hope on its way to the Opening Ceremonies in Searcy. The mission of the Torch Run is to increase awareness and raise funds for Special Olympics.
The torch is scheduled to be handed off on Highway 67 near Fulton at approximately noon on that day and arrive at the Rainbow of Challenges administration building on Main Street in Hope at approximately 2:15 p.m. Business members along the route are encouraged to show their support for the runners as they pass.
