Washington Farmer’s Market open Saturday

WASHINGTON – The Old Washington Farmers’ Market will be open from 8 a.m. to Noon this Saturday, June 2. The market is located behind Washington City Hall across from Williams Tavern Restaurant in Washington, Arkansas. Come out and support your local farmers and get locally grown produce.

Vendors at the market include: Arnold Farm of DeAnn with zucchini, yellow squash, cucumbers, mushrooms, and microgreens; Silvey Farm of Bodcaw with kale, lettuce, potatoes, squash, jellies, and wooden elderberry whistles; Peggy Carrigan of Ozan with various baked goods; Barry Produce of Washington with lettuce and homemade lemonade; Grace Cottage of Washington with various baked goods; and Oak Creek Studio with handcrafted and repurposed goods for the home.
