Billings new DARE officer for HCSO

HOPE – Hempstead County Deputy Becky Billings has completed two weeks of D.A.R.E. Instructor training with the Tennessee Highway Patrol in Cookeville, Tennessee. Deputy Billings will be bringing the D.A.R.E. Program to the County Schools in 2018-2019.
