Cattle Receipts: 1842 Last week: 1835 Last year: 1091
Compared to last week: Feeder steers steady to 4.00 higher. Feeder heifers
3.00-5.00 higher. Slaughter cows 2.00 to 3.00 lower. Slaughter bulls 3.00
lower. Supply included 980 feeder calves, 447 yearlings, 75 replacement cows,
301 slaughter cows; 39 slaughter bulls. Feeder supply included 62 percent
steers and bulls; 38 percent heifers. Near 15 percent of the run weighed over
600 lbs.
