Mr. Phillips was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit, driving on a suspended driver’s license, and careless and prohibited driving.

S – Melvin Johnson, 59, of Hope, AR
S – Bridgette Purifoy, 47, of Hope, AR
Mr. Johnson and Ms. Purifoy were each arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and served with failure to appear warrants.

S – Jason Peeples, 42, of Hope, AR
Both subjects were arrested and charged with possession with the purpose to deliver methamphetamine. Ms. Jones was also charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Peeples was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and served with a foreign warrant.
