HOPE – The Southwest Arkansas Arts Council is raffling off this watercolor by Sue Allen Pico, known as the Arts Lady of Arkansas.

 Tickets for the drawing are $5 each or six for $20 and can be obtained at the Art Station Gallery at 200 E. Division Street in Hope from 10-2 weekdays.

Paintings and Ukranian style painted eggs are also for sale at the gallery through November 17.
