Taylor charged with possession of paraphernalia
PRESCOTT – On January 10, at 2:15 p.m. Deputy Bo Morris conducted a traffic stop on a red Pontiac Gran Prix on Hwy 299 in Emmet.
The stop was made due to a defective tail light.
Contact was made with the operator who identified herself as Sharon Taylor. Taylor’s drivers’ license showed to be suspended at the time.
Deputy Morris also noticed the year tab on the license plate of the vehicle had been altered.
Taylor was placed under arrest at the time. After being placed under arrest a used syringe was located on Taylor’s person.
Taylor was transported to the Nevada County Detention facility where she was charged with driving on a suspended license, false evidence of title or registration, fictitious license, defective tail light and for possession of drug paraphernalia.
