Miller picked up on warrants
PRESCOTT – On April 22, Deputy Justin Hughes was at the Sheriff’s Department when he was advised by an unknown white female that a subject that had a warrant was inside of her vehicle in the parking lot.
Deputy Hughes checked warrants on Jonathan Miller with the check showing that Miller had a valid warrant of arrest.
After walking to the parking lot where the vehicle was parked Deputy Hughes observed that Miller had fled on foot.
Deputy Hughes and Jail lieutenant Karen Ghormley started searching for Miller locating him walking down East Main street. Deputies attempted to place Miller in custody with Miller breaking free and fleeing again on foot.
Deputy Hughes was able to cut Miller off and place him in custody.
Jonathan Miller was served the warrants and turned over to the detention facility.
