NCSO July log

July 10, Deputies were dispatched to 2200 block of State Hwy 299 in reference to a disturbance. Zachary Cross was arrested for causing damage to his parents residence. Deputy Bo Morris arrested Cross transporting him to the Nevada County detention facility where he was charged with Criminal Mischief 1st degree.
July 12, the 8th North Task Force served a search warrant at a residence located in the 100 block of Nevada 134. John Mark Butler was arrested for Delivery of a controlled substance, Possession of a firearm by certain persons and for possession of a controlled substance. John Butler was transported to the Nevada County Detention facility to await first appearance on the above charges.
July 23, Deputies were called to the 3000 block of State Hwy 299 Martha Sisco and Raul Quidera were arrested for criminal trespass. Grandparent, Charles Hicks of Sisco stated that she and Quidera arrived at the residence and were ask to leave. Hicks stated that both refused to leave at the time. Quidera also had a valid warrant of arrest out of Nevada County at the time.
July 28, Investigator Robert Missy was dispatched to White Oak Lake State Park in reference to a threat being made to an individual at one of the camp sites. Investigator Missey made contact with the victim whom stated that another individual identified as Jeffery Hubbard had made threats to her and had pointed a handgun at her head. Investigator Missey located Hubbard walking and detained him. Investigator Missey located a loaded handgun on Hubbard at the time. Jeffery Hubbard showed to be a convicted felon with a valid parole warrant out of the state of Arkansas. Jeffery Hubbard was placed under arrest and was transported to the Nevada County Detention facility where he was charged with Possession of a firearm by certain persons, terroristic threatening and aggravated assault, and was served the parole warrant out of Arkansas.
July 29, K-9 Deputy Jeremy Hendrix arrested Thomas Russell Meeler on a warrant of arrest for domestic battery 3rd degree, violation of an order of protection and for criminal mischief 1st degree.
