Tiffany Cagle ribbon cutting Thursday

PRESCOTT – Ribbon cutting ceremonies for the Tiffany Cagle Boutique will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21.

There will be refreshments and giveaways. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
