FFA Fruit Delivery

Hope High School Future Farmers of America chapter members set up an assembly line for receipt and sorting of dozens of holiday fruit boxes which the chapter sold during its annual holiday fundraising drive. The mountain of orders was organized and delivered to FFA supporters in Hope and Hempstead County on Tuesday, according to chapter faculty sponsor Christina Smith. Funds from the fruit sales and the annual FFA rodeo provide the bulk of the financing for the chapter’s participation in conferences and other programs. – Hope Public Schools
