Hempstead County Courthouse, Road, and Waste Department will be closed Monday, May 25, 2020, to observe Memorial Day.  Regular working hours will resume Tuesday, May 26, 2020.

Hempstead County Courthouse will close at 12:00 PM (Noon) Friday, May 22, 2020.

Hempstead County Trash pick up for Monday, May 25, 2020 and Tuesday, May 26, 2020, will be picked up on Tuesday, May 26, 2020.  Please have your trash out by 7:00 AM.
