Rosetta Hogue Celebrates 88th Birthday

One of Hope’s most beloved citizens, Rosetta Hogue, had a birthday this week.  She was honored with a birthday celebration at Tailgater’s on Thursday evening.  Thanks to Sheriff James Singleton for the photos!  And Happy Birthday Mrs. Hogue!
