Demonte Carroll Arrested For Theft Of Property

On October 20, 2020, at approximately 3:00pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Demonte Carroll, 18, of Hope, AR and charged him theft of property (auto). Carroll turned himself into the Hope Police Department where the arrest occurred. Carroll was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
