Tywaun Armstrong Charged With Aggravated Robbery

On October 20, 2020 at approximately 3:00pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Tywaun Armstrong, 18, of Hope, AR and charged him aggravated robbery, terroristic act, and 2 counts of battery in the 1st degree. Armstrong was also charged with theft of property (auto) for separate incident. Armstrong turned himself into the Hope Police Department where the arrest occurred. Armstrong was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
