HOPE – On November 9, 2020 at approximately 11:17pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Yavonte Nolen, 26, of Prescott, AR and charged him with possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of instrument of crime, fleeing on foot, and served 2 foreign warrant and failure to appear warrant. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of N. Hervey St. in Hope, AR. Nolen was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On November 11, 2020 at approximately 10:10am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Monteriez Kendricks, 18, of Hope, AR and charged him with breaking or entering. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of S. Washington St. in Hope, AR. Kendricks was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On November 14, 2020 at approximately 11:30am, officers of the Hope Police Department and of the 8^th North Task Force arrested Francisco Mendoza, 21, of Hope, AR and charged him with 3 counts of delivery of methamphetamine and 2 counts of possession of control substances near certain facilities. The arrest occurred in the 500 block of Columbia St. in Hope, AR. Mendoza was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On November 14, 2020 at approximately 12:35am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Manuel Retana, 38, of Hope, AR and charged him with aggravated assault and theft by receiving. The arrest occurred in the 500 block of Columbia St. in Hope, AR. Mendoza was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On November 16, 2020 at approximately 3:51pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Alfredo Lara, 34, of Hope, AR and charged him with failure to register as a sex offender. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of S. Washington St. in Hope, AR. Lara was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
