Hope Man Victim of Texarkana Homicide

TEXARKANA, TEXAS – A Hope man has been identified as the victim of a Texarkana homicide this morning. The Texarkana, Texas Police Department said this afternoon the victim has been identified as 29 year old Nichlos (sic) Muldrow of Hope.
The homicide happened in the Oaklawn Village parking lot about 11:35 this morning. The victim was shot multiple times there before driving his car to the Whataburger parking lot. Officers found him inside his car after it ran over a bush in front of the restaurant. Muldrow died at a Texarkana hospital about an hour later.
Police are looking for a black male in a small black SUV.
