A group from the First Baptist Storm Shelter was out Thursday clearing sidewalks up to businesses in downtown Hope.  The group was joined by some National Guard soldiers from the Malvern Unit who have been staying at the shelter.  While only a few businesses were occupied on Main Street, the gesture was much appreciated!  First Baptist Pastor Daniel Bramlett (shown here with his son Riley as well as other volunteers) says the shelter averaged about 15 people per night with many others coming and going.  He said it was an honor to serve the residents who needed heat and a warm meal during the record snowfall.
