Alan Dean Jameson 55 of Columbus Arkansas was born on May 26th 1965 in Hope Arkansas to Shirley Ann Bobo. He was of Christian faith and a devoted member of Columbus Baptist Church Alan was so many great things but was especially known for his selflessness, a man of God and an avid fisherman. Alan had a gentle soul and gave to many. He loved deeply and always seen the best in people. His kind heart was always just a phone call away.  To give the shirt off his back is just what he was known for.  Alan was always hard at work; whether he was running his track hoe or grabbing a chance to tell you what the Lord had done for him with hopes he had touched you along the way.  His love for nature fishing and hunting made for some great stories especially for all the nephews.

He never missed a chance to take a family member to share his knowledge of the land and water nor did he ever meet a stranger nor did the stranger ever forget him. He touched all he came in contact with and to know him was to love him. Before his passing he got to enjoy the last three years with his soulmate Teresa otherwise known as Missy, baby girl or little cheerleader. she has made his life complete.  Alan is preceded in death by his mother Shirley Ann Bobo, brother Steven Ray Jameson, Uncle Joe white, Niece Kayla Nicole Banks. Maternal grandparents; Toni Beatrice and Charles Buddy White. Paternal Grandparents Prudence and Charles Jameson.
