Hope police log

On April 27, 2021 at approximately 4:30pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Arcelia Cazarez, 39, of Hope, AR and charged her with public intoxication in public and possession of controlled substance methamphetamine.  The arrest occurred in the 1600 block of North Hervey Street in Hope, AR. Cazarez was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On April 28, 2021 at approximately 7:38pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Carlesha Liggon, 29, of Hope, AR and charged her with residential burglary and aggravated assault.  The arrest occurred in the 400 block of South Caney Creek Circle in Hope, AR. Liggon was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
