Project Prevent From Yerger Speaks To Hope Lions

“Project Prevent” spoke to the Hope Lions Club on Monday.  The group of Yerger Middle School students work to prevent their fellow students from taking up smoking, dipping, chewing, and vaping.  They explained the dangers of these activities and also explains the effects of nicotine.  Joining coordinators Earline Gulley and Marcia Widel were students Alexis McDuffy, Melani Balbuena, Luna Almazan, Yavilet Martinez, and Tyrenda Hale.
