Nevada County Fire and Rescue event Saturday

PRESCOTT – Nevada County Fire and Rescue has an event set for this Saturday, September 11th, starting at 10:00 am at their building next to Pizza Hut in Prescott.  There will also be a fundraiser for officer Jeremy Hubbard and his family.
There will be several contests as listed below:
Horse shoe (10 dollar team) cash prize
Corn Hole ( 10 dollar team) cash prize
Scavenger hunt children (1.00) sign up
Scavenger hunt adult ( 5.00 sign up) cash prize
Water balloon drop (1.00) sign up
Combat firefighters challenge children ( 5.00) sign up
Combat firefighters challenge junior (5.00) sign up
Combat firefighters challenge teen 5.00 dollar sign up
Adult Combat firefighters challenge 5.00 sign up
Water ball challenge 10 dollar team sign up
Coloring contest no sign up fee
Hamburger or hot dog plate for 7.00
Silent auction
They will also be offering free fingerprint cards for children at no cost, and tee shirts will be available supporting Jeremy Hubbard and September The 11th.
For pre-registration forms contact Penny Lynch at 870 703 7273. “Sign up today and come out to enjoy the fun.  You don’t have to be a firefighter to compete. Trophies and cash prizes will be announced and given at 6:30 pm.
