Hobie Morton, age 60 of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Sunday January 2, 2022, in Texarkana, Texas. Hobie was born March 28, 1961, in Hope, Arkansas, to Dwayne and Dororthy McIntosh Morton. He was a retired owner/operator 18 years of Morton tire and wrecker service. He was a loving devoted husband, father, grandfather and a true friend to all that knew him. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Alan Jameson.

Survivors include; wife of 18 years Debbie Morton, four sons, Tallyn Helmick, Will Hartness (Angel) Dustin Helmick (Jessica) Myles Helmick (Maranda) two daughters, Sheyann Helmick, Hanna Helmick, two brothers, Larry Morton (Sherry) John Stewart (Gail) Julie Garcia, special son-in-law Billy Gleason (Maranda) life time friend Craig Atkins, seventeen grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 1:00pm to 2:00pm Friday January 7, 2022 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest 1001 South Main Hope, Arkansas 71801

Funeral service will be 2:00pm on Friday January 3, 2022, at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest with Bro. Larry Fry officiating. Burial will follow in Columbus Cemetery.
