Montrell Mathis Arrested For Forgery

On January 13, 2022 at approximately 9:45am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Montrell Mathis, 27, of Forrest City, AR and charged him with 5 counts of forgery in the 2nd degree. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington Street in Hope, AR. Mathis was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
