Fulton wreck claims life

FULTON – One person was killed and three others injured Saturday evening in a two vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 67 near Fulton in Miller County.

According to the preliminary report by the Arkansas State Police, 19-year-old MeCedric McFadden, Jr. of Mineral Springs died when the 2009 Ford Focus he was driving west apparently entered the east bound lane of traffic and collided with the front driver’s door of a 2019 Ford F-250.

Injured was MeCedric McFadden, 39, of Little Rock, Dayla Dancer, 20, of Garland, Texas, and a minor driving the pickup. The injured were taken to Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana and L.S.U. Medical Center in Shreveport. The victim was pronounced dead on-scene by the Miller County Coroner. Corporal Glendon Flowers with the Arkansas State Police investigated.
