On February 15, 2022 at approximately 1:00pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Gurdon Ramos, 18, of Hope, AR. He was charged with domestic battery in the 3^rd degree. The arrest occurred in the 400 block of East 3rd Street in Hope, AR. Ramos was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On February 18, 2022 at approximately 7:30pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Christopher Hayes, 22, of Hope, AR. He was charged with domestic battery in the 3^rd degree. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington Street in Hope, AR. Hayes was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On February 21, 2022 at approximately 11:30pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Takari Coleman, 21, of Texarkana, TX. He was charged with possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with purpose to deliver marijuana, driving on suspended driver’s license, failure to obey stop sign, and served a failure to comply warrant. The arrest occurred in the 1500 block of South Pine Street in Hope, AR. Coleman was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On February 22, 2022 at approximately 9:27pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Latara Barnes, 34, of Hope, AR. She was charged with domestic battery in the 2^nd degree. The arrest occurred in the 1400 block of North Grove Street in Hope, AR. Barnes was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On February 22, 2022 at approximately 10:56pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Samantha Cornelius, 19, of Prescott, AR and Jarius Warren, 23, of Prescott, AR. Ms. Cornelius was charged with 4 counts of terroristic act, possession of controlled substance marijuana, and possession of controlled substance prescription drugs. Mr. Warren was arrested and charged with 4 counts of terroristic acts. The arrest occurred in the 600 block of South Laurel Street in Hope, AR. Cornelius and Warren was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On February 27, 2022 at approximately 11:59pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Nicholas Shelton., 23, of Hope, AR. He was charged with aggravated assault on a family member. The arrest occurred at Kelly Homes in Hope, AR. Shelton was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearanc
