Charles Bostian

Charles Wayman Bostian of Fulton, Arkansas, passed away on March 3, 2022, shortly after being diagnosed with a very advanced stage of cancer. He was born on July 7, 1938 in Morrilton, AR. He is preceded in death by his mother, Velma Grooms Bostian and father, Thomas (Tom) Bostian of Morrilton, AR, one sister, Bonnie Bostian Ebner Abel, Austin, TX, four brothers and their wives, Virgil Bostian and Glena, Morrilton, AR, Buddy Bostian and Corrine, New Mexico, Jack Bostian and Hester, Albuquerque, NM, Orville Bostian and Mary Alice, Morrilton, AR. He is also preceded in death by his first wife, Blanche Turnage Bostian, Texarkana, TX.

Loved ones left to celebrate his life and mourn his passing are: two daughters, Tanya Jones, husband Gary, Linda Latham, husband Paul; one son, Jackie Bostian, all of Texarkana, TX. Nephews, Johnny Bostian of Shertz, TX; David Bostian, wife Nancy of Virginia; Nieces, Penny Michael of Laga Vista, TX, Barbara Ann Grant, husband Alfred of Corrales, NM, Mary Bostian Christie of Colorado, Linda Bostian Smith and son, Mike Smith of Truth or Consequences, NM. Also, two friends to the end: Josh Jackson of Fulton, AR and Bobbie Haga of Hope, AR. Second wife and caregiver for the last couple of years, Linda S. Hawthorne Lee; many more family and friends, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 9th from 5pm to 7pm at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 S. Main, Hope, AR.

Charles W. Bostian (Charlie to his friends and Waymon or Mickie to family) will be buried in Columbus Cemetery in Columbus, AR on March 10, 2022 at 2:00pm, graveside service, with long-time friend, Mr. Ricky Purtle officiating.
