Judy C. Manley of Mayflower, AR died October 18, 2021, age 80, at Memorial Hospital, Abilene, KS.

A memorial service will take place on March 25, 2022, from 4 to 6 p.m. at 1 Ashmore St, Mayflower, AR.  A graveside remembrance will be held on March 26, at 2:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 2901 W 3rd, Hope, AR. Her final resting place will be with her parents, King Gentry Rateliff and Edyth Smith Rateliff.

Born Judy Carolyn Rateliff on January 17, 1941, she is survived by her two sons: Norman and Martin Anderson and her niece, Skyla Wallace.

Always proud of her Hope heritage, Judy spent her life in Arkansas. After leaving the University of Arkansas she married Norman Anthony Anderson.

Judy spent much of her adult life in Little Rock, AR where she was married to Ray DeSalvo and worked for Sears. After retiring from Sears, Judy married Louis Manley and moved to Mayflower, AR where she enjoyed serving as a city alderwoman.
