On March 22, 2022 at approximately 1:00pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Jason Ruddell, 41, of Emmet, AR. Mr. Ruddell was charged with 2 counts of delivery of methamphetamine. The arrest occurred in the 700 block of South Elm Street in Hope, AR. Ruddell was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
