On April 21, 2022 at approximately 4:30pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Britt Spell, 24, of Prescott, AR. Mr. Spell was charged with possession of controlled substance methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, served a failure to comply warrant and served 2 foreign warrant services. The arrest occurred in the 600 block of East Rosehill Street in Hope, AR. Spell was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance
