We are often asked about the old Wolff Store in Bingen. Several years ago it was moved to Washington and is an operating store as part of the Coulter Farmstead. We got a first hand look at it at a meeting today in the store building. The Coulter Farmstead is next to Historic Washington State Park off Gray Street. Coulter Farmstead is a wedding, event and lodging venue located in Washington, Arkansas that features four log cabins dating to the 1840’s that have been painstakingly renovated, as well as, an 1860’s Greek Revival style main house situated on 11 acres with a barn and an 1880’s general store. Coulter Farmstead is located on the edge of Washington State Park “Old Washington” located just a few miles from Hope and Texarkana. Our venue is authentic and will make you feel as though you have stepped back in time, but with all the modern conveniences and amenities.
