On May 5, 2022 at approximately 7:00pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested a female juvenile of Hope, AR. The female juvenile was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 2nd degree. The arrest occurred in the 1300 block of Old Experiment Station Road in Hope, AR. The juvenile was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On May 6, 2022 at approximately 4:23pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Milton Swift, 61, of Hope, AR. Mr. Swift was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest occurred in the 2200 block of North Hazel Street in Hope, AR. Swift was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On May 6, 2022 at approximately 11:54pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Jaylon Gulley, 22, of Texarkana, AR. Mr. Gulley was arrested and charged theft of property. The arrest occurred in the 1200 block of West 3rd Street in Hope, AR. Gulley was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
On May 6, 2022 at approximately 1:15pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Adam Hughes Jr., 44, of Hope, AR. Mr. Hughes was arrested and charged with internet stalking of a child. The arrest occurred in the 700 block of West 7th Street in Hope, AR. Mr. Hughes was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
