Mrs. Willette Jordan
It was Saturday, November 28, 1964 when Andrew Ann Colvin gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named, Willette Colvin. Willette was born in Temple, Texas and raised with her two brothers, Sam and Travis. She graduated with the Class of 1982 from George Washington High School in Denver, Colorado.
In 1982, she met Chester Jordan and they were married on April 8, 1995. They had one daughter together named Tecida, and they raised sons Arthur, Jermel and Mark. Willette was a member of New Generation Outreach Ministry in Nashville, Arkansas, under the leadership of Pastor Kevin Brazil.
Willette was the sweetest and most humble person you would ever meet. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and interior decorating. She was also a caregiver for a few family members. Willette loved spending time with her grandchildren; They were her heart and soul.
On Friday, May 27, 2022, Mrs. Willette Jordan was called to rest at the age of 57. She was a resident of Nashville, AR. She will remain in our hearts forever.
Willette was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Jordan; parents, Andrew and Mose Maxwell; brother, Samuel Colvin; and grandson, Warren Webster II.
Those left to cherish her memories include: daughter, Tecida Webster; sons, Arthur Maxwell, Jermel Maxwell and Mark Jordan; brother, Travis Colvin; grandchildren, Nevaeh Jordan, Nariah Jordan, Takaya Maxwell, A’Tiaya Maxwell, Jordan Maxwell, Jakden Maxwell and Legacy Maxwell; great granddaughter, A’Launi Coleman; uncle, Leon Jones; daughters-in-love, Yolanda Smith and Tasha Barnes; special friends, James Johnson and Jackie Jordan; best friend, Denise Hubbard; and a host of nieces, nephews, close relatives, and friends.
