Big Sounds Downtown

The first “Big Sounds Downtown” sponsored by the Klipsch Heritage Museum Association kicked off Thursday evening.  Despite some wet weather, the concert by Joe Purvis and the LLC Band attracted a crowd to the HUB where the showers had cooled down a steamy day and the music was great with a light breeze blowing.

   Big Sounds Downtown will be held again on the first Thursday in July and August.  Local musicians will perform around the downtown area between 4:30pm and 6pm with many of the merchants staying open until 6pm.  From 7pm to 9pm a big band will perform at the HUB.  Make your plans now to attend next month!
