Scouts Observe Memorial Day With Flags At Rose Hill Cemetery

The local Scouts in Hope observed Memorial Day by putting flags out at Rose Hill Cemetery.   The flags are donated by the Hope Lions, Rotary, & Kiwanis clubs procured by Keenan Williams.
