HOPE – Monday June 20th, Hempstead County Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle pulling wire from utility poles on Hempstead 55. Upon investigation, investigators arrested Bradley Bellew, age 28, of Texarkana,  for Theft of Property in connection with the theft.

Bradley Bellew was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Center where he is awaiting a First Court Appearance.
