On July 19, 2022 at approximately 1:00pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Gary McCauley, 59, Hope, AR. Mr. McCauley was arrested and charged with theft of property and possession of instrument of crime. The arrest occurred in the 200 block of West Division Street in Hope, AR. McCauley was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
