Mr. Kenneth Parker, age  78 of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Saturday 24, 2022, in  Texarkana, Texas.

Visitation will be 10:00am to 12:00pm on Wednesday September 28, 2022, at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest 1001 South Main St. Hope, Arkansas 71801.
