Ceremony Held At Courthouse To Honor Leon Prince’s Service As Veterans Service Officer

A ceremony was held at the Hempstead County Courthouse Rotunda Wednesday to honor retired Veterans Service Officer Leon Prince.  Prince served for 7 years from 2014 to August of 2021.  His replacement, Donna Rosenbaum, was introduced at the ceremony.

Presentations were made by Secretary of the Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs Co. Nate Todd, Gina Chandler, Assistant Director of Veterans Services, District Veterans Service Officer Sue Harper, and Chief of V.A. Services Micheal Dobbs.  Herbert Ross of the American Legion Post #427 also spoke.  Josh St. Clair, Veterans Service Officer from Nevada County was also on hand.  They joined County Judge Jerry Crane who emceed the event and Sheriff James Singleton who set up the courthouse for the event.

Our congratulations go to Leon Prince on his honors.  We greatly enjoyed working with him and wish him the best on his retirement!
