On October 18, 2022 at approximately 1:50pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Latara Barnes, 35, of Hope, AR. Ms. Barnes was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 2nd degree. The arrest occurred in the 1300 block of North Hazel Street in Hope, AR. Ms. Barnes was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
