On October 20, 2022 at approximately 1:02pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Ricky Evans, 47, of Hope, AR. Mr. Evans was arrested and charged with theft of property and criminal trespass. The arrest occurred in the 1000 block of East 3rd Street in Hope, AR. Mr. Evans was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
