On January 20, 2023 at approximately 10:50am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Mary Stuckey, 55, of Hope, AR. Ms. Stuckey was arrested and charged with 3 counts of delivery of prescription drugs and 3 counts of possession of control substances near certain facilities. The arrest occurred in the 800 block of South Laurel Street in Hope, AR. Ms. Stuckey was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
